Having qualified as pizzaioli in Rome and Bergamo, Federico and Mohamed decided to reinvent pizza by the slice (PIZZA AL TAGLIO) in Strasbourg. Today, they offer a variety of recipes, mainly organic, including many vegetarian options. Their dough rests for at least 72 hours, and the ingredients, often organic, are carefully selected from the local market (Marché de la Marne) or from trusted producers. Each pizza tells a passionate culinary story, combining Roman authenticity with Strasbourg innovation.
